Returns and Refunds Policy
At CFOB, we prioritize your satisfaction with your handbag purchase and aim to provide a transparent and equitable returns and refunds process. Please carefully review our policy outlined below:
Timeframe for Returns:
Requests for exchanges, returns, or refunds must be made strictly within 7 days from the date of parcel receipt.
Defects and Non-Defects:
It is important to note that only functional defects are eligible for returns and refunds. Please be aware that the following characteristics or minor imperfections do not constitute defects:
- Loose threads, creases, blemishes in animal leather, color variances, dimples in hardware, uneven circular holes for belt buckles, silver pen marks, glue stains, color inconsistencies (applies to leather products), holes in between weave strips, excess fibers on weave strips, small tears in weave strips (less than 0.5mm) due to folding and stitching, and small cuts in leather (less than 2mm).
- Defects in belt straps will be addressed through replacement, while creases and uneven texture in belt straps are not considered defects.
Replacement, Repair, or Refund:
We reserve the right to determine the appropriate course of action for eligible items, which may include replacement, repair, or refund.
Please be aware that the following characteristics or conditions are not considered defects:
- Overstitching (extra stitches), not-so-neat stitching, stains removable by baby wipes, tiny bumps, scratches, or unevenness in edge paint or bag or straps, tight buttons, tight turnlocks, and small gaps where the zipper meets the zipper ends.
Complimentary Accessories:
As a token of appreciation, our leather bags come with CFOB's personalized dust bags, which are provided as a complimentary item with your purchase. Please note that CFOB's custom non-woven carrier (1pc per invoice) will be available while stocks last.
Refund Process:
Refunds will be processed within 4 working days once the bag is returned to CFOB. Customers may use their preferred courier service to return the bags for refunds. However, please be advised that CFOB will only collect the bag for refund if it is deemed defective upon immediate inspection or if the customer had previously paid for courier services.
We strive to conduct a fair assessment of defects and provide suitable resolutions.
